Temporary domain: printandplan.ink is a temporary home for DPDPA Suite. Our professional domain is under development and will be announced soon, after which all traffic here will be redirected there.
Early access · Private beta

DPDP Act compliance, built into your stack.

DPDPA Suite is a hosted developer platform and AI toolkit for healthcare providers and other teams that handle sensitive personal data in India. Ship consent, data principal rights, breach response and data discovery through APIs, instead of spreadsheets.

Aligned to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. Currently onboarding a small group of design partners.

Why now

The DPDP Act raises the stakes for anyone holding patient data.

Hospitals, clinics, labs, insurers and health apps process some of the most personal data there is. Under the Act, every one of them is a Data Fiduciary with obligations that are enforceable by the Data Protection Board of India.

₹250 Crmaximum penalty for failing to take reasonable security safeguards
₹200 Crmaximum penalty for failing to notify a personal data breach
72 hrsto file a detailed breach report with the Data Protection Board
22scheduled Indian languages in which notices can be offered to Data Principals

Who it is for

Built for sensitive-data teams first.

We are starting where the data is most sensitive and the workflows are most complex, then expanding to every Data Fiduciary covered by the Act.

Hospitals and clinicsEHR, HIS and OPD systems with patient records, prescriptions and discharge summaries.
Diagnostics and labsSample tracking, reports and results shared with patients, doctors and partners.
Health tech and insurersTelemedicine, ABDM-linked apps, TPAs and health insurance claims workflows.
Other sensitive dataFintech, HR, education and any team handling children's or financial data.

The platform

Six modules. One API. Every obligation traceable.

Each module maps to specific duties under the Act and Rules, and every action is written to a tamper-evident audit log you can hand to an auditor or the Board.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Does the DPDP Act apply to my hospital or clinic?

If you process digital personal data of individuals in India, or offer goods or services to people in India, you are very likely a Data Fiduciary under the Act. That includes patient data that was collected on paper and later digitised.

Is DPDPA Suite a replacement for legal advice?

No. DPDPA Suite is software that helps you operationalise your obligations. Your legal counsel and Data Protection Officer remain responsible for interpreting the Act for your organisation.

Where is our data stored?

The hosted platform is designed to run in Indian cloud regions. Personal data used for discovery scans can stay in your environment, with only metadata and classifications sent to the platform.

How does the AI handle patient data?

Discovery models classify fields and documents to build your data map. Customer data is not used to train shared models, and every AI suggestion is reviewable by a human before it becomes policy.

What does early access cost?

Design partners use the beta free of charge in exchange for regular feedback. Pricing for general availability will be published before launch.
